  1. I’d rather go to the corner store
Than sing hosannah on that golden shore,
I’d rather live on Parker Street
Than fly around where the angels meet.
Oh, this old world is all I know,
It’s dust to dust when I have to go

  2. Yep, middle of the 1900 block of Parker, northside of street, 5 houses from MLK. There use to be a butterfly in the mural.

  3. Jude: You got it. The mural is on a home on the 1900 block of Parker. Thanks for supplying the name of one of the artists. Both Laura and Berto guessed correctly too. You guys are just too good.

  4. This mural was painted by Judith Mull and someone else, but I am not sure of the street. It is west of MLK, on Blake or Parker.

    Thanks for posting the mural.
